Management

Transport can become problematic when not looked after properly. Everything from checking the machine is correctly cleaned, we can take complete control of the shipment to the destination, giving you peace of mind that your machine is in capable hands.

Documents

Certain countries have strict rules when it comes to having the correct documentation for importing goods, any mistakes made can become very costly and time-consuming when the machinery arrives. We can help in issuing and all documentation for authorities, aided by a large knowledge base that we can draw upon when needed.

Insurance

Insurance is a vital part of shipping machines. Any damage can have big repercussions and your insurance will cover this for you. There are a number of different types of insurance and it’s important to pay for the correct one, we can help organize any insurance you take out.

VAT & The Eu Zone

Northern Ireland is subject to the same European Union (EU) VAT rules on goods as EU Member States. No customs declarations, tariffs or quantitative restrictions. No customs checks or controls on the island of Ireland. No safety and security requirements. We do not charge VAT if the customer has a valid EU VAT number.

Zero Rated VAT

Valid VAT number will be required and all VAT numbers will be cross checked. A CMR must be provided at the point of collection from our premises, we must have a copy of that CMR back, with the goods received box stamped and signed once the machine has arrived at its destination.
